Live 4 U is now launching a new coaching membership scheme to all sisters. The memberships available allow sisters to gain support and coaching based on Islamic values at an affordable rate for all. All memberships are charged at £10 per month with discounts available for those who choose the 6 and 12 month plan. Please note minimum membership is 3 months only.
Confidence Coaching
- Live 4 U believes in encouraging women to grow in confidence & to find their hidden talents & purpose in life. Live 4 U offers one to one coaching to individuals who are keen to move forward in their personal life but need that extra guidance & motivation.Debt Coaching

- Live 4 U offers one to one coaching based on the teachings of Islam. Live 4 U offers sisters encouragement in following and attaining the qualities needed to be an ideal muslimah. Live 4 U understands the importance of Sisterhood and Islamic teachings and encourages clients to look within themselves and to seek guidance from Allah (swt) and the Holy Qur'an in all aspects. All coaching is based on the principles of Qur'an and Sunnah.Alongside Islamic coaching Live 4 U offers individuals coaching on meditation to enable the individual to find their inner peace through spiritual reflection, which will increase the clients self awareness and tranquility. Live 4 U does not promote any spiritual activities which goes against the teachings of Islam.
Live 4 U does not offer coaching on marital issues and black magic. These issues should be discussed with a Sheikh.

Live 4 U also holds charity events and is looking to run many women only events and workshops in the future. If you would be interested in volunteering your services for one of our events or would like further information on future events and workshops we will be running and would like to join our mailing list, please email us with your details and we will forward you information.
